This announcement is to inform CUBE users with the steps to sign-up for the Bentley CONNECT platform. Bentley CONNECT platform is a one-stop shop for CUBE users to access licenses, download software, request technical support, interact in Cube community, find training materials and product documentation, etc.
We will look at the steps to complete the following actions
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Your work email and newly reset password will be your login credentials for CONNECT portal (https://connect.bentley.com). As a first-time user, you will be prompted to accept a user agreement and will be directed through a help wizard for getting started.
Incorrect user name or email address
If you see a message indicating Incorrect user name or email address as shown in the screenshot above, please check if the email address your entered is correct. If your email address is correct, then it might be the case, that the CUBE administrator in your organization has not set-up the CONNECT account for your organization and/or not added you as an user to the account. In this case, we suggest you to contact the CUBE administrator in your organization to add your work email as an user to the organization account. Once your email is added, you can continue with the steps above to set-up your individual account.
You can still sign up for the CONNECT platform by doing a new registration following the steps below. However, you will not be able use account specific privileges until you are added to your organization's account as an user.
