Set Minimum and Maximum Value for Skim Matrices

One way is to post-process the output file like below:

RUN PGM=MATRIX

FILEI MATI=Input.Mat
FILEO MATO=Output.mat, MO=1

MW[1]=MI.1.1

JLOOP
 IF (MW[1]>99) MW[1]=99 ;the IF condition can be anything
ENDJLOOP

ENDRUN
