The users have to update the license, due to various reasons. The reasons can be as below:

• If you are moving from an earlier version of Cube 6.4 installation to a later version of Cube 6.4.
• License renewal
• Changes in your current license

Solution

To update the license, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open Citilabs License Manager

2. Go to “Menu >> Download License Updates”.

3. Select the licenses which are activated on the computer and Click Download Updates. Once the update is done successfully, the status will change to Updated

4. Close the Download License Updates window and Restart the license service, using the downward arrow next to Refresh in the license manager
