If your organization uses a floating (concurrent) license, which is shared across multiple users in your organization, you should connect the license manager on your computer to the license server, where the license is activated. 

Solution

Cluster doesn’t get listed in the products of the license. It is listed in the properties of the license.

You can verify if cluster is present or not, by doing the following things:

1. Click on the license suite (cube multi-modal modelling (floating) in this sample case)

2. Click on the properties

3. You would see the properties window shown as below:

4. In the options, if you see that mp = 1, then it means cluster is present in the license.
