The Maps Ribbon displays a number of options to help with the visuals of your network system. Display options for Road Networks, Transit Networks (PT), Polygons and Base Maps(ESRI maps) are available in the ribbon.

With the help of given templates you can add different displays to your network based on the information/input you want to show (Directionality, Speed, Congestion, Volumes, etc).
