The Link Consolidation function is available by invoking CUBE.exe from a Voyager script, applicable to a NET file:

function=LINKCONSOLIDATE

The attached script provides an example of using this function with the capability of retrieving the geometry from an associated SHP file. In the example, the matching criteria for link consolidation is given by the attribute FUNC_CLASS values.
