In some cases, users might run into an issue with the tools ribbon in Cube Base, showing no tools. This indicates a possible corruption of one of the Cube settings file.

Solution

Please follow the instructions below to fix this issue.

1. Open Cube

2. Go to File > Options

3. Uncheck ‘Save Docking Layouts’ and ‘Save Toolbar Customizations’ and click OK.

4. Restart Cube
