Service Requests can be created through the Bentley CONNECT Personal Portal, accessed through either the CONNECTION Client or Bentley website. Let’s go through both the steps:

CONNECTION Client

Step 1. If CONNECTION Client is running in the Windows System Tray, click on CONNECTION Center, which will take you directly to your Bentley CONNECT Personal Portal.

Step 2. Click on New Service Request, or My Service Requests to view an existing request. Note, the Personal Portal can be configured, and these tiles may appear in a different location from those shown below.

Step 3. The Service Request Manager page will open. Select your Product and fill in the options before clicking Submit. Remember to add attachments if needed.

Bentley Portal

Step 1. Go to the Bentley Website www.bentley.com and then click on the SUPPORT option.

Step 2. The Bentley SELECTservices webpage will open. Click CONNECTION Center.

Step 3. You will be redirected to your SIGN IN page.

Step 4. Click on New Service Request, or My Service Requests to view an existing request. Note, the Personal Portal can be configured, and these tiles may appear in a different location from those shown below.

Step 5. The Service Request Manager page will open. Select your Product and fill in the options before clicking Submit. Remember to add attachments if needed.

Note some file types and sizes are restricted. In case the file type you are trying to attach is not supported, zip the file and attach it. As an alternative method, you may send those files to Bentley Technical Support following the Secure File Upload instructions.
