Dear MAXSURF users, we are considering discontinuing MAXSURF 32 bit versions.
The main impact would be if any users are still using a 32bit operating systems
or if you are accessing MAXSURF applications through the COM interface with a 32bit application
Our main motivation for wanting to do this is that producing both 32 and 64bit versions is a duplication of effort for quite a large portion of work and we wish to be able to focus our resources on developing new features rather than supporting both platforms if it unnecessary to do so.
Looking at the download logs, it seems that many of you are downloading the 32 versions still -- is this a conscious decision ?
