When i open Multiframe it tells me there is an update on the 10th of March but i go to the fulfillment center and the lasted update is 03/02/2020.

03/02/2020 is in US date format! (this second day of March in the year of our Lord, two thousand and twenty)
the software was posted for download on 2nd March but it took a week or so to be announced to the public (due to internal release verification process which always takes a few working days)
I also get a notice to download an up date my connection Client which i do but there is a problem installing Window installer message
The path C:\ProgramData\pPackage Cache\{08FC0C79EA-4310-B000-642478C5DFB9}v22.01/0031\maxsurf64.msi cannot be found. Verify you have access to Location and try again or try to find the installation package maxsurf64.msi in a folder from which you can install the product MAXSURF CONNECT Edition V2264bit
suggest you manually download the installer from the link here:

uninstall your current version
restart computer
install new version
