Fibreglass hull strength analysis using Multiframe

I am a degree in marine engineering student and I am analyzing a 16.8m fibreglass hull for my dissertation. Part of my proposal is about analysis the design of the hull for strength.

I have created the design using autocad and rhino. Then I used maxsurf structure and managed to create the hull plating, selecting fibreglass as material, and every plate was given the thickness. I tried to carry out strength analysis and found out that with maxsurf this is not possible. From further research I found out that Multiframe is suitable to carry out such research but I am completely new to this software.

I have tried for various hours to get an idea of how multiframe works. I tried to import the design from maxsurf structural and the imported result after trying various file formats was the following:

The file format used to manage and import what is seen was multiframe.txt file. It can be clearly seen that the information from the maxsurf structure imported is not all correct. Has someone had this problem before? What am I doing wrong? Till using the design in maxsurf structure all surfaces and plating where created without problems. Then I don't think that there is defect in the design itself.

Thanks
