SACS learn server...hands on training not working

Question

Hi 
 I am trying to access hands-on training material and keep getting this message: 
 Please wait until the course content is loaded. If this text remains visible, you may need to update your Flash Player plugin. Go to Adobe Systems' website to install the latest version. 
 I have downloaded the flash player but it still does not work!!! 
 Any suggestions?

For some people this is working... try going to tools in Explorer and clicking on Compatibility View settings. If you are already at Bentley Learn it will auto-populate the window with Bentley.com and then you click "Add". If its not in the window, then you'll have to type it in. Here, where I work, this has only helped 1 in 4 people.
