Understanding SuperelemtModule

Hi

I have a question on procedure of creating and using superelements:

For example: I created an integrated jacket and topside model. The common support joints being 401, 402, 403 & 404. I applied 2 gravity load cases DL & LL while applied a horizontal UDL to jacket legs in x direction. Jacket legs have fixity as 'fixed'.

step 1: In order to create superelement I went to 'options' within precede and selected 'create superelement'. Then went to analyses structure by inputting joint fixity to 401, 402, 403 & 404 as 222222. I analysed the structure using Static analysis and sub-option as Basic static analysis.

step 2: I deleted the deck and changed the fixity of joints 401, 402, 403 & 404 to 000000. My load conditions remained the same, obviously, DL and LL loadcase exist but no loading available to them (as deck has been deleted). I selected 'input- superelement' and when went to analyse the 'jacket only' using Static (Basic Static Analysis) it asks for superelement file but it doesn't exist!!

Please suggest the right procedure.

Thanks.
