Multiframe (basic) license

The installer can be found on select.bentley.com/FulfillmentCenter

choose "Offshore Structural Analysis" from the "Product Line" pull-down menu and you should see "Multiframe" at the bottom. Alternatively just type Multiframe in the search box and click on the magnifying glass icon.

I can't see the green icon and the tick box in my desktop, I try my laptop too, can't see too........ What I can do???
