I am try to calculate mooring line force by b_cat mooring
But changing direction and velocity of current does not make any difference of output generated by ST_CFORCE
i entered data like below

&data environment
environment sea10 -sea

RE: Current Does not affect to Mooring line

Thank you for your answer

I found that my question does not describe what i want to know properly.

When I input current and wind, it affect to hull and hull should be drift by this effect.

due to differences of hull position, mooring line shape will be changed, then some mooring line will burden more load

I want to know 'drift due to wind or current can be checked in frequency domain??'

RE: Current Does not affect to Mooring line

i think u should look into definition of mooring line , in b_cat there is option called -buoydia , here you have input equvalant diameter such that drag and lift force is acuratly calculated for mooring line
