Dear SACS support team, I tried logging a service ticket but could get through, the website does not seem to work or I do not have access?
Running on SACS 5.7 V8i v5.7.0.1, I am getting different shear allowable stresses (AISC 9th) for my unsymmetrical Plate girder even though they are the same group and section with the same transverse girders. I've done hand calculationss to compare and there seems to be no reason why the allowable stress would differ.
For some reason, I cannot access the detailed report for any of my members even though I've selected to have them shown. Because of this, I cannot investigate how it is deriving these shear allowables.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It seems unreasonable but we need your SACS input files to figure out this problem, you can attach your files here if you can't use service ticket. If your SACS license is still on select, you can contact your local Bentley sales to qualify your account for service ticket.
