Dear Yosuf,
PSI module of SACS requires to Identify properly the Stratification of Soil in order to generate the Soil Stiffness.
Each "SOIL T-Z" SACS CARD has "Distance to Top of Stratum" and "Distance to Bottom of Stratum" (from pilehead) based on which PSI module identifies the Soil Stratification.
"Distance to Top of Stratum" must be STRICTLY arranged in ascending order. (that is we cannot have data for a 12 m top strata placed after the data for a 20 m top strata)
In your case, you have not mentioned "Distance to Bottom of Stratum" which is alright since SACS will consider the Top of the next strata as the Bottom of the current Strata.
The cause of the Error is you have the same "Distance to Top of Stratum" being repeated (3, 12, 14.8, 26, 44.5, 75, 78, etc.)

For such cases, PSI module cannot process Strata with Zero (or Negative) thickness while computing Soil Stiffness.
To resolve the issue, you can modify the data as follows (3, 3.01, 12, 12.01, 14.8, 14.81, 26, 26.01, 44.5, 44.51, 75, 75.01, 78, 78.01, etc)
