I want to do time-domain analysis on jetty moored ships with only current and wind for the loads, 45deg heading, but I don't know how to do it.

Have you reviewed the quay files in the following directory?
C:\Program Files\Bentley\Engineering\MOSES CONNECT Edition V11\hdesk\runs\samples\how_to
Those show how to do an analysis of a barge moored to a quay. The environment is parallel to the long side of the quay.
