Wondering how to view bending moments, shear forces etc plots for whole structure. I can get plots for the individual elements.
also, how to view such plots for:
individual load cases
individual load combinations

Second that question
You can view moment diagrams in Precede using Member > Moment Diagram. Be sure to select the Show in View so the shear or moment diagram is displayed in the view. This feature was added in version 12.0 so you may need to upgrade to use this feature.
You can view individual load cases using Load > Load Properties. Select the load condition from the load condition list to display the load in the view:
You can view load combinations in Precede if you combine the load combination into a basic load condition using the Pass combined load conditions to SACS as basic ones option in the Environment > Seastate dialog:
