How to set up the computer environment to make the batch file works for MOSES v10 on Windows 10?
For example, when I open the cases.bat in each sample folder from Windows Command Shell, it shows "'vrun' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

The files that contain "vrun" were used with Unix and Dos. You are correct it is not a recognized command in MSWindows.
MOSES 11.03 was released just this week. It has a new feature that allows batch runs. You can tell MOSES the list of files to group as a project. Then you tell MOSES to run the files as a batch process. Please see the release notes for more details.
I believe you will be happy with this new feature.
