PSI Error SACS 5.7

Hi, i currently in my last semester in university and doing the final assignment.

Running the PSI file and found error: 

*** ERROR - THE FOLLOWING DATA CARD IS NOT A PROPER PSI DATA CARD

*** ERROR - THE FOLLOWING DATA CARD IS NOT A PROPER PSI DATA CARD

*** ERROR - NUMBER OF SOIL TABLES BEING INPUT EXCEEDS NUMBER INDICATED BY PILE INPUT,( 1 )

i am using Bentley SACS 5.7 V8i

About the error 1,2 please explain what should i do

About the error 3 still cant realize the soil tables problem, i only have 1 soil table named SOL1 for all the pile. 

Anyone can help me? i really appreciate it .
