"GINO Message---------------------------*** Missing or Empty GINO Configuration File - Program Aborted! ***---------------------------"
when I tends open the results in legacy viewer, what could be the error.

This is a bug that has been fixed in the latest release of SACS. Please upgrade to the latest version of SACS to solve this issue:
