  • Hi Neeraja,

There are a couple of methods commonly adopted for documentation of SACS Analysis.

    Option-1 - Word Document:

Copy the contents of the input/output file (by opening it in Text Editor) and pasting into a Word Document (It is preferred to have two columns to reduce the number of pages).

However this is not the desired method, since it requires additional effort to regenerate the files at a later date using your Word Document.

Option-2 - PDF (used to ensure that it is not easily possible for others to regenerate the files):

If you are particularly not interested in the idea of others regenerating your input/output files at a later date, this method is for you.

Open your input/output file in Text Editor and Print it as a PDF file.

You can add these input/output PDF files to your PDF Documentation Report .

If anyone tries to make a PDF to Text / Word, they will get the Input/Output files without any whitespaces (since PDF does not store Whitespaces reliably).

Option-3 - PDF Attachment (the preferred method):

If the idea is to maintain a proper record / documentation of your work, the best method is to attach your SACS input/output files as a PDF attachment.

This way anyone can directly download your attached SACS files from your PDF report and view it in Precede or run the same analysis to generate the PostVue Database to graphically view the results.

    Thanks and Regards,
