This is the first time that I want to use Bentley software. I would like to model a wind turbine with a fixed foundation with either SACS or MOSES in order to analysis the lifting and transportation operation. I would appreciate if you could help me the steps that I have to take by advising or sending the e-book etc.

I believe you are talking about modeling the Wind Turbine foundation, not the blades and other turbine components. In this case, you may find some guidelines on this:

Thanks for your advise. Actually I would like to model a complete set of wind turbine and its support structure. It means to model rotor, nacelle, tower, TP and foundation.
