Using SACS Dynamic Response for Machine Vibration Analysis

Hi Sirs, I'm using  SACS Dynamic Response for Machine Vibration Analysis (for two reciprocating pumps running simultaneously). There are two rotating parts on the pump which are motor and pump (cylinders+plungers). I have created a base frame of the pumps connected with supporting deck structure via fixed supports. The COG of pump skid is model and dummy joint connected with base frame by dummy members. The analysis steps will be: 1) running Dynpac for determining natural frequencies and generating lump mass model then 2) running Dynamic response with unbalanced forces. I have the following queries that need your advice:

1. How can I consider exciting forces caused by two rotating parts (motor and pump) simultaneously whilst the pump manufacturer only provided unbalanced forces (primary and secondary) at the pump skid COG?

2. Definition of "single amplitude response" at a certain joint in the analysis results, e.g. velocity in X, Y, Z directions, is it peak value or root mean square (RMS) value?
