And, criteria informations are below:I want to use DDS 79 criteria, but I do not understand Heeling Arm formula. What does A mean?Finally, how do you advise me to check the bulkhead positions? How to do this in the first stage?Best Regards.

All of our criteria rules are based on generic formulations. You would need to look at those Naval Rules to see how they implement the A and n values for the heeling arm.
Damage Stability is calculated on damaged cases. The bulkhead locations you have entered don't automatically create damage cases, they are used as part of the Floodable Length calculation.
You can create damage cases using Case | Extent of Damage. This will identify any rooms that are within (or partially within) the zone and automatically damage them. You will of course have to define your rooms first.
