We have decided to change the machine on which the software is installed. After receiving installation files, I've installed Maxsurf/Multiframe to the new machine.
On the previous machine, I've returned license to the server, and then activated products on the new machine, checked out the license and everything was working ok.
A few days later, Maxsurf/Multiframe reverted back to the trial mode. License manager says that the product is active, and checkout tab indicates that license is checked out when in reality it is not.
Any help would be appreciated.
What version of MAXSURF and Multiframe are you using, and what licence(s) are you using?
Can you please copy paste the info from Help | About MAXSURF, Sys Info for me.

Can you please go to Edit | License Preferences and confirm that you are using the MAXSURF Enterprise licence.
The 2 screen captures from your license management tool look like they are from separate computers. The first screengrab shows that you have a checked out licence, but the second screengrab should show that licence available in the lower half of the dialog.
I'll ask a colleague from license teams to contact you on this one as something isn't looking right.
