Hi, I have performed the resistance analysis on my hull using the slender body method in Maxsurf resistance. I would like to know how to link those results with thruster choice. How does the resistance or power values obtained from Maxsurf resistance correlate with the specification of the thruster.

The Resistance output can be used with your propeller and engine data to match the hull resistance, available engine power and propeller efficiency / performance. So the Resistance data is one of the key input pieces of data for propulsor calculation.
