I have created a model in Rhino by using LOFT command. Then I used SPLIT command to divide that surface. I divide that surface for Side Shell, Sheer Strake, Bottom Plate. Keel plate, Bilge...
Then I saved the model in igs format and import in Maxsurf Modeler. But I have not find my divided surface. How can I do it?

It sounds like you are after Surfaces, not Plates. Plates are generated on surfaces for ship construction.
Read the section in the Manual about importing Rhino surfaces. There is some pretty useful info there. I suspect that your surfaces are grouped in some way and need to be Exploded in Rhino before exporting.
You can import the 3dm file, so you don't need to use IGES.
Make sure you read the section where we recommend using MAXSURF as the upstream tool, i.e. start your design in MAXSURF and send it to Rhino for detailing. It avoids complications such as this one.
