User Defined Input for Wind Speed Profile

I would like to know if it is possible for me to define a wind speed profile that via user input instead of the given selections from the seastate input within the program. My wind speed profile has some differences from the API standards. At certain heights, the wind speed would differ. Is it possible for me to make some changes to the wind speed at specific heights?
