Sliding beam member - release assignment

Hi everyone. I am trying to model a beam placed in between two columns. The beam has rollers on both ends that allows it to move freely up and down with the two columns acting as guides. The beam is held on its position via wire rope attached onto two padeyes welded in both ends (top flange) of the beam. The beam is hoisted up and down via wire ropes controlled by two winches located some few meters above the beam. The beam has a padeye at its midspan bottom flange and carrying a load.

My question is - What should be the Member Release to be assigned to the beam ends in order for it to simulate the above actions i.e. translate vertically but is fixed on the other two horizontal directions. The beam also should not transfer any moment in the columns. Moreover, the beam transfers only axial compression load onto the column and no tension.
