The problem is ，use seainp.dat and sacinp.dat in basic static anlysis is ok,but in psi static anlysis is wrong.

I suggest you refer to Section 7 Troubleshooting Common Problems in PSI Manual. If you see item 4 in the Section, you would see suggested solution for error like this. Please check for the releases in some of your elements. Probably, the error comes from your model. You may also like to refer the entire Troubleshooting section and see if you need to do more. Should you still have issue with it, please feel free to create service request ticket and provide your model input and run files.
