I am trying to perform transport fatigue analysis. I found an article which shows the transfer function plot from tow analysis. But I can not find a way to do it. Can you please help me in this regard?

I am trying to extract transfer function for each joint from SACS so that I can use it for further checks I want to perform.
I found the following article which describes that its possible
