unable to see SACS model when opening in Legacy Modeler

Question

Dear SACS support team, 
 Whenever I open my SACS model into Legacy Modeler, I get a single joint and am unable to see my model at all. 
 
 I have tried 
 
 going to "Interactive Programs" under "Settings" and changing the "Precede version" to "Legacy Modeler", 
 Shortening the sac input file name while still keeping the .inp extension 
 storing the sacs input file in a shorter file path 
 
 but I still face this issue. May I know how to resolve this? I am using version 13.2 of the SACS software.

I tried using the same version, v13.2 Legacy Modeler. However, I found no such issue opening the file. I have also provided the image below. Did you try opening a different model? Please try opening a different model and see if you still have the same issue.
