Can anyone advice me on how to setup my maxsurf model for severe wind & rolling criteria? Do I need include all the superstructure in my model? I went through the manual but unfortunately can't get enough help.

you can use MAXSURF to calculate the windage area or you can specify the values directly -- see the wind heeling arm documentation:
