Illegal Joint Error in SACS

Question

Hi Geoff, 
 I just did a static run for topside module with dummy members to account stool stiffness and introduced joint fixity of 222000 on primary joints. However, the analysis stop due to error on illegal joints everywhere.

Hi Ferdinand, 
 Thank you for posting your question. 
 The Seastate module has an issue reading joint names under the specific joint naming condition. This is a known issue and the fix will be released in the near future. As a workaround, could you please save the model with &ldquo;Save As&rdquo; (File --> Save As) and then try the analysis with the file again? This &ldquo;Save As&rdquo; will rearrange the joint name internally so the illegal joint error will go away.
