Now I'm running this Automatic Tanker Mooring Analysis - Bentley.Ultramarine.com from MOSES Example.
However, it went error as shown below
Usually, the MOSES Example files run successfully, in this case, is it because the file has not been updated to the latest applicable version of MOSES?

I ran turret.cif in the below directory without problems.
C:\Program Files\Bentley\Offshore\MOSES V12.06\hdesk\runs\samples\mooring
I noticed in your screenshot the file has been changed.
The word "device" appears twice in the first command line. The second occurrence of the word should be in a new line with the & character.
Or you can just copy the file from the installations directory.
