As far as I know, the transverse stability of Maxsurf models are done with respect to ship centerline. Is there a method to carry our the analysis w.r.t other axes, eg an axis at 300 to centerline, 450 to centerline etc? Your suggestions are much appreciated.

Bentley also has the MOSES product. You can use the MAXSURF applications to export a MOSES model.
MOSES can carry out the analysis w.r.t. other axes.
