Plate Moment and Out-of-plane shear

Dear All,

From the POST manual, I acknowledge that plate output from SACS is limited to normal in plane stresses ( SX, SY), in plane shear (TXY), principal stresses, and von mises stress. However for design purposes, it is often important to find the moment about local x and y of the plate and also its out-of plane shear. In respect to that, here are my questions:

1. Is it possible to find the local moment of the plate from SACS ? Do I have to obtain in manually from the formula Sb= M c / I, where Sb is the bending stress (upper surface stress from SACS), M is moment, c is distance from neutral axis (hence plate thickness/2) ?

2. Is there a way to find out of plane shear as illustrated by SQX and SQY in illustration below?
