Grouted Joint Check

Is SACS using the Qu values in Table 4.5-1 of 21st Ed. RP2A (same as Table 7.4 of 22nd Ed. RP2A) “automatically” when evaluating grouted tubular joints (that is when the chord is modeled as a grouted-pile-in-leg member)? I have reviewed the SACS files and manuals in some detail and have not been able to confirm. I cannot replicate with hand calcs.

What does SACS do when the brace member has compressive axial forces (considering that note at the bottom of Table 4.5-1 states compression capacity is limited to that of the brace)? Again, it does seem to be clear from either the SACS manuals or output.
