SACS 5.6 V8i Collapse Module Issues

I am a new SACS user. I am running a collapse analysis on a fixed jacket structure. The structure "collapsed" because of a rotation difference greater than 2 radians. I haven't seen this happen on previous structures. The collapse trigger is typically deflection not rotation. Is there a way to track down where the rotation difference is? For example, if there is an issue due to a deflection issue I can usually track down the problem by looking through the listing file and using the joint name and DOF to find out if something is modeled incorrectly. I would like to do the same thing with the rotation issue. The structure is showing very little plasticity. I believe this is a modeling error and not a true collapse. How can I track down the rotation issue?
