A: Not directly. If you do the following

     &status force

     &instat -move bod 0 0 1 0 0 0

     &status force

The difference in the buoyancy force between the two the force status reports will give you the heave row of the stiffness. If you do this for each degree of freedom, you will get the complete matrix.
