Q: Why do I sometime get the WINDOWS message "rm.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"?

A: This is probably due to the length of the path name to where you are running MOSES. MOSES itself has a maximum of 256 characters in the name of the files, but some of the tools we use may be more limited.
