Please make a service request.  Include a description of the problem.  Please include files that show the defect.  The files should contain only enough commands to recreate the problem.  It helps to include comments in the files.  For example, you can use the command, “&type  THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM OCCURS” to help the developer focus.  If you report an unexpected warning or error, then this should be the only warning or error in the files.  If the files show other warnings or errors, expect a delay in the response.
