    MAXSURF Stability Advanced - Connection with the licensing server has been lost

    Problem

    MAXSURF Stability Advanced displays a message "Connection with the licensing server has been lost (...)"

    MAXSURF Stability Advanced message - Connection with the licensing server has been lost

    This message is not related to the licensing issue and is not coming from the license client.

    Solution

    The message can be displayed when the product is left unattended for longer period of time, sent to background while performing some analysis, or when the computer is switching to Sleep / Hibernate mode.

    The product will not be shut down to prevent data/analysis loss.
