SACS currently does not provide solution for breaking waves. However, Seastate and Wave Response program perform a check using DNV RP C205 (2014) - Section 3.4.6.1. Maximum Wave Height and Breaking Waves requirements.
The maximum wave height (Hb) is given by:
When the limit is exceeded, a warning message will be printed and the wave kinematics will be solved for the selected theory disregarding the fact the limit has been exceeded.
Note: In some cases, as Stream function theory, it may fail to converge and it will not be solved.
