QUESTION:
I am having trouble getting the Modeler hull surfaces that I want to use for KNs to appear in Stability. They are set as "HULL" in Modeler but will not appear in Stability.
ANSWER:
Check if correct surfaces are selected upon opening MAXSURF Stability. Select the surfaces that needs to be considered as hull shell.
Then if there is already a .hmd file with the loadcases, tank definition etc with the model. You can check/recalculate at any time from the analysis menu. This is to update the sections (without deleting the loadcases, tanks, etc) in case there are any changes to geometry.
