Wave loads generated using Collapse advanced analysis do not match the static loads. The issue is persistent in all directions. This was observed specific to one platform that I'm working right now.
The two analyses are different; hence you cannot compare. One is linear static analysis and the other is nonlinear static analysis. You will get small or significant differences depending on the magnitude of deformation of the structure.
