Tension capacity is only related to TZ curves and T should depend on pile outer diameter. I found that when I change the pile thickness, it also changes the capacity (by 3%). Why is that so?

The change in capacity is around 3% is negligible. This change in capacity is the result of numerical error, probably caused by the soil data having sharp peaks that can cause difficulties in convergence.
You can replace your T-Z data with the one from Demo 2 file, and you will get the same capacity even with different thicknesses.
