How can I install clean SACS version?

Solution

In order to install clean version of SACS, the software has to be uninstalled completely, before installation of new SACS. 

1. Check if no SACS window is opened. 

2. Go to C:\Program Files\Bentley\Offshore and check if no models are saved in this location. If yes, copy the file and save it in any other local drive.

3. Go to Control panel | Programs and Features.

4. Find SACS and uninstall. 

5. Go to the registry editor Run and open Regedit. Search for any registry files related to SACS and delete all of them.

6. Go to C:\Program Files\Bentley\Offshore to check if SACS folder is deleted. If no, delete it. 

7. Download SACS installer and run it as administrator. 

8. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
